To request an exchange, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product. The exchange will only be authorized upon the return of the original item, which must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please be aware that, due to the sensitivity of our product, we cannot accept exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
